ABOUT PINNACLE NUTRITION
About the Brand
Pinnacle Nutrition is born out of a desire to bring together science, people and nature. From the very beginning I’ve always wanted to help bridge the gap between the application of the latest evidence around nutrition and lifestyle and ensuring it is accessible to everyone. I hope that Pinnacle Nutrition enables me to do that on a greater scale, enabling us to work both at an individual level but also in small group environments.
At Pinnacle Nutrition I also want to reach out to those who may not normally feel able to access nutrition services either because they don’t feel they can; or they don’t know who can support them. I want to open the conversations around men’s health and breaking down the barriers that some men may feel in accessing the wellbeing services they want and need to live their best lives.
THAT’S ALL WELL AND GOOD BUT WHY PINNACLE? WHAT DO I STAND FOR?
When I looked at our brand values I wanted to reflect 3 key things:
Fun & inspirational – life is serious and talking about our health and wellbeing is a pretty serious topic but that doesn’t mean it can’t be fun. If I can bring an element of fun and I can leave you feeling inspired, then I know I’ve done my job right.
Confidence – I want you to feel you can 100% put your trust in me. There are hundreds of people and organisations in the wellness space but I want you to feel that Pinnacle Nutrition is going to offer you the best, no nonsense, support out there!
Real – I’m a real person too – I get it. I get the challenges and I will always be honest and transparent with you. I’m never going to pretend that I’ve got it all figured out 100% of the time – anyone that tells you that is definitely lying!
I’ll work with you to implement practical and useful tools to fit around you and your lifestyle.
We don’t eat for ‘the gram’, we eat to nourish ourselves!
Hi, I’m Emily Woodward
I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist, having spent 4 years studying with the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London and graduating with distinction. I am registered with the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
I’m a Derbyshire girl born and bred and I love being outdoors – you have to when you live near the Peak District! I’m a real foodie; my husband, daughter and I love exploring new places to eat, whether right here at home or further afield on our adventures. I’m talking all the foods too; I love a slice of cake and a burger as much as the next person but I also love exploring and experimenting with seasonal produce, filling our plates with colour and variety and snuggling down with a bowl of hearty homemade soup.
